At Pointon Picture Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
